Our Reflections, Our Decisions, Our Future

Our 2020 Staff Survey is now open until 24 November 2020

It is deliberately called Our Reflections, Our Decisions, Our Future because it’s about all of us being able to give feedback/reflect and to be involved in making decisions as to what happens next. The more we all do this, the better our services will be.

The Survey only takes a few minutes and you can take part here - https://nhswales.app.qlearsite.com/s/a/f/7ebbd2b2

Not all our colleagues have access to computers/laptops, the survey can be accessed in a variety of ways - we have created a social media post that you can share with your work colleagues via your Facebook, WhatsApp, pages etc. – please help us to ensure that everyone within BCUHB has the opportunity to provide feedback, in a way that is convenient and easy for them to use - https://create.piktochart.com/output/50355685-nhs-wales-staff-survey-2020-bcuhb

We have also created a Staff Survey poster that you can use on staff noticeboards, etc. which includes the QR code created for the survey (see attached)

Using the QR code to access the survey

Staff can take part by scanning the code above, with the camera on their mobile phone, open the HEIW web page, click the Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board link to access the survey.

.

Finally we’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for your ongoing hard work, especially during these extraordinary times.
