Webinar: Online feedback for staff learning, quality improvement and culture change

The webinar will be hosted by Dr James Munro of Care Opinion, the UK’s non-profit feedback platform for health and social care, used by over 500 organisations across the UK.

The webinar will cover:

• The impacts of online feedback for patients, staff and organisations

• How online feedback is being used in QI, staff learning and professional education
