Improvements in practice training
This four day programme is open to all staff employed by BCUHB and includes:

High quality training through the use of interactive workshops on the methodology and framework that underpins Quality improvement, effective leadership, use of data, behaviour change and human factors.

Access to training resources and educational support for the development of Quality Improvement projects
Course requirements-

Delegates must book onto all four full day study sessions and attend all within 6 months of Day 1.

They will develop and run their own Quality Improvement project as part of the workshop and submit the project as a poster for marking within 6 months of completing Day 4.

Attendance at all workshops & submission of a successfully completed project results in the award of Improvements in practice accreditation.

The workshops are free to attend. Places are limited and early registration is advised.
