About the Event

Mae’r rhaglen pedwar diwrnod yn agored i’r holl staff sy’n gyflogedig gan BIPBC ac yn cynnwys:

1.  Hyfforddiant QI o ansawdd uchel drwy ddefnyddio gweithdai rhyngweithiol ar fethodoleg a fframwaith sy’n tanategu gwella ansawdd, arweinyddiaeth effeithiol, defnyddio data, newid mewn ymddygiad a ffactorau dynol.

2.  Mynediad at adnoddau hyfforddiant a chefnogaeth addysgol ar gyfer datblygu prosiectau QI

Rhaid i gynrychiolwyr gofrestru ar bob un o’r pedair sesiwn astudio lawn a mynychu pob un o fewn 6 mis o Ddiwrnod 1.

Byddent yn datblygu ac yn cynnal eu prosiect QI eu hunain fel rhan o’r gweithdy a chyflwyno’r prosiect i’w farcio cyn pen 6 mis o gwblhau Diwrnod 4.

•     Mae presenoldeb ym mhob un o’r gweithdai a chyflwyno prosiect wedi’i gwblhau’n llwyddiannus yn arwain at wobr Achrediad tîm Arian.

•     Mae’r gweithdai am ddim. Mae lle ar y gweithdai’n gyfyngedig a fe’ch cynghorir i gofrestru’n gynnar.

•     Rhaid i bob cynrychiolydd gwblhau Achrediad Efydd, sydd ar gael drwy becyn e-ddysgu (ESR) cyn i chi fynychu’r gweithdy.

This four day programme is open to all staff employed by BCUHB and includes:

1. High quality QI training through the use of interactive workshops on the methodology and framework that underpins Quality improvement, effective leadership, use of data, behaviour change and human factors.

2. Access to training resources and educational support for the development of QI projects

Delegates must book onto all four full day study sessions and attend all within 6 months of Day 1.

They will develop and run their own QI project as part of the workshop and submit the project for marking within 6 months of completing Day 4.

• Attendance at all workshops & submission of a successfully completed project results in the award of Silver team Accreditation.

• The workshops are free to attend. Places are limited and early registration is advised.

• All delegates must complete the Bronze Accreditation which is available via an e-learning package (ESR) prior to attending the workshop.
