BCUQI project submission database

  • Have you got an improvement project you want to share with others?

  • Are you struggling to solve issues on an existing QI project?

  • Are you struggling to find an idea for an improvement project, but willing to adapt and adopt another project to your clinical area?

At BCUQI we know there are extensive QI projects completed or in progress across BCUHB. What we have developed is a way healthboard staff can share there improvement work to showcase what has taken place for others to learn from and adopt to benefit patients, service users and staff.

To submit your project, click on the link below which will take you to the database, then go to the e-form completing all sections to submit your information then to the database:

Please note that to use the system you have to be logged in via healthboard PC/Laptop to use this database.

Staff who want to review existing projects on the database can use the same link above, once on the system go to the tab called project database.
